Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery, equipment, or systems according to established procedures and guidelines in the steel fabrication process.
• Regularly observe equipment operations and monitor performance indicators to detect anomalies or deviations.
• Identify and diagnose malfunctions and take corrective actions including adjustments, part replacements, or maintenance requests.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
• Monitor product/process quality and adjust to maintain desired standards.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and report safety concerns.
• Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to resolve issues and communicate needs.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, or safety.
