  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
  • Monitor product/process quality and adjust to maintain desired standards.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and report safety concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to resolve issues and communicate needs.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, or safety.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent potential breakdowns.
  • Monitor product or process quality and make adjustments to maintain desired quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. Operators are responsible for adhering to safety regulations and promptly reporting any safety concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or operational issues. Effective communication helps ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements that can enhance efficiency, productivity, or safety in equipment operation and maintenance.
