The position requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid PIT certification. Overtime and weekend work may be required to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (PIT) certification.
• Flex work schedule and overtime may be required, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with company standards to complete customer orders.
• Set up and operate machines; perform minor repairs and change-overs as needed.
• Verify parts and adjust tooling to meet specifications.
• Rotate through department work centers based on business needs.
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
