Job summary

Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a Master Machine Operator for a weekend shift (Fri–Sun) with training on 1st shift when needed. You will operate production machinery, verify parts, set up programs, and assist with change-overs while rotating through work centers.

Flexibility for overtime and long shifts is required. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, can lift 50 lbs, and hold PIT certification or be able to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 8th grade education or higher required.
• At least 2 years of prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PIT certification.
• Ability to lift/move products up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery per standard operating procedures.
• Set up and operate machine; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Execute change-overs and coordinate with maintenance/engineering as needed.
• Verify parts against tickets and monitor material flow in the system.
• Rotate through work centers and work overtime when required.
