Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Chandler, AZ. You will support manufacturing, packaging, and QA processes on a busy production line. The role requires safe operation of forklifts, adherence to SOPs, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliability, a high attendance record, and flexibility to work overtime. Base pay is $21.27/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential, totaling $22.27/hour for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance record.
• Previous experience safely operating a forklift.
• Flexible to work overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Safely use and maintain operating equipment and keep high housekeeping standards.
• Read and follow Work Orders and batch tickets, perform basic math as required.
• Maintain high stocking levels of components to efficiently package products.
• Record data on batch tickets and equipment logs; monitor KPI targets.
• Perform quality testing and document results as required.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed and trained.
• Attend trainings and follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Support site housekeeping and organizational tasks; perform other duties as assigned.
