Liberty Diversified International, Inc. in Golden Valley, MN is hiring a Machine Operator to safely run corrugated equipment, set up orders, and monitor quality. You will work in a small crew, driving efficiency and communicating issues to leadership.

The role reports to a Production Supervisor, with opportunities to guide a nearby Assistant Operator, participate in maintenance tasks, and uphold our safety standards in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in manufacturing or 4+ years experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16".
• Proficient computer use for data entry and productivity tracking.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders to customer specifications and prepare tools for job completion.
• Perform first article and ongoing quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Enter production metrics to track rates, quality, maintenance and downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues, troubleshoot, and support lean improvements.
• Provide guidance to Assistant Machine Operators as needed.
• Assist with minor repairs with maintenance team as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
