Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run assigned batch cards, reviewing daily production schedules for efficiency and accuracy.
• Gather and verify raw materials to ensure alignment with batch card specifications.
• Safely operate pre-mix equipment by loading materials and monitoring machine performance.
• Deliver completed pre-mix material to Extruder, C-Line, or FCM departments as required.
• Clean and sanitize pre-mix machines, cones, and work areas after each batch.
• Perform deep cleans between color or product changes to prevent contamination.
• Inspect equipment and workspaces for cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and tracking documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts.
