Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Machine Operator - Level 2 for the 2nd shift at our Pottsville, PA facility. You will operate, set up, and maintain extrusion and recycling machinery, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read tape measures, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience are valued. Shift includes 8 hours, with 12-hour Saturdays and a 2nd shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating and maintaining machinery is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain extruders, pelletizers and recycle machines.
• Follow all safety rules and policies.
