Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator for the Roxboro, NC location on the 2nd shift. The role involves grinding, sizing, and assembly work, plus quality inspections and machine set-ups. Expect to follow control plans, reaction charts, and SPC data while maintaining a safe, inclusive work culture.

Core hours are 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm with overtime as needed. The hourly rate is 22.25 and salary guidance will depend on skills and experience. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or relocation.
• Candidates should be within 50 miles of Roxboro, NC.

• Cross-train and stand in for other employees as needed.
