Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring a full-time production associate for the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment. You will contribute to safe and efficient startup and ongoing production.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and product appearance, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork using SAP and HACCP procedures. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment operation.
• Complete quality checks and required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) per SAP/SOPs.
