Job summary

CJ Schwan's in United States, Ohio is seeking a full-time production teammate for its food manufacturing operations. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for the late shift (2:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.).

The role involves unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods while adhering to quality, safety, and GMP requirements. Overtime and weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix products as necessary; document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs) and safety policies.
