Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in Laconia, NH for full-time, temp-to-hire roles. The position offers 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Responsibilities include operating production machinery, loading materials, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Load raw materials and monitor production processes
• Perform quality inspections using visual and magnified inspection methods
• Produce parts that meet quality and production standards
• Complete production reports and enter data accurately
• Identify and separate scrap from acceptable parts
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support multiple machines or workstations as needed
