Job summary

NHBB is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator in Laconia, NH, with full training provided. Earn $19.54–$22.93 per hour plus shift premiums and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Training will develop skills for operating precision machinery and producing parts to exact specifications.

Two shifts are available: 2nd shift with 10% diff and 3rd shift with 15% diff. We promote career growth through comprehensive training and opportunities to advance within aerospace manufacturing.

Location: Laconia, NH

Compensation: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour, plus additional shift premiums.

Incentives: A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, with $1,000 paid at the six-month mark and $2,000 at the one-year anniversary.

Your Core Duties

• Gain proficiency in the safe operation of precision industrial machinery.

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, featuring a 10% shift differential.
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, featuring a 15% shift differential.
