Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturer in Laconia, NH who is looking for a 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operator to join their team.

The role focuses on setting up tooling, fixturing and CNC machinery to machine metal workpieces to exact specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and process integrity. The position requires attention to paperwork, first piece inspection and adherence to work instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery and performing setup and fixturing to meet specifications.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and safety standards, housekeeping, and process integrity.
• Set up tooling, fixturing and machinery; verify paperwork and dimensions against prints.
• Run CNC jobs efficiently while following work instructions and maintaining first piece inspection.
• Clock in/out per work order; perform quality audits and deburr as needed.
• Change worn tooling and perform presetter duties as required.
