Job summary

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus $1.00 hourly shift differential and a 7% quarterly incentive. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and the ability to distinguish cosmetic flaws.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and follow customer specifications.
• Receive manufacturing orders and perform bending, swaging, punching, or cutting.
• Set up skids, racks and bundles; manage packaging to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on OD, gauge, length, and packaging requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in lean activities.
