Atkore in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am) with a base pay of $17.00/hr plus $1.00/hr shift differential and a 7% quarterly incentive. You will operate machines, receive manufacturing orders, and prepare bundles according to customer specs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, teamwork, safety focus, and flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules and lean practices.
• Check and receive manufacturing orders.
• Bend, cut, swage, and punch per specs.
• Set up skids, racks, and bundles.
• Band, package, and verify supplies.
• Quality check OD, gauge, length, packaging.
• Apply manufacturing guidelines with planning focus.
• Perform standard work training and 5S tasks.
• Support team and perform duties as instructed.
