Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking reliable production workers in Indiana for Assembly or Machine Operator roles. Multiple shifts with overtime available; pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour.

You may be placed in an Assembly or Machine Operator role based on client needs, supporting production, packaging, and shipping in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include assembling components, reading drawings, packaging, operating equipment, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly or machining experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained).
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications.
• Operate assembly machinery and equipment as assigned.
• Set up machine and work area for effective operation, including retrieving material via forklift, cutting cores, and splicing material.
• Package materials in accordance with the appropriate work order.
• Complete production paperwork, reports, and calculations.
• Operate the machine as backup when the primary operator is on break, absent, or on vacation.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
