Specialized Component Parts Limited is hiring a 3rd Machine Operator for the Auburn, IN facility. This full-time role runs on the 3rd shift, 7:30pm–6:00am, Monday–Thursday, with overtime opportunities and a starting rate of $19 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

You will operate per established instructions, meet safety, quality, and 5S requirements, lift 25–40 pounds, and maintain good attendance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match after 30 days, monthly production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation / Live within walking distance

Responsibilities

• Operate 3rd shift machinery from 7:30pm to 6:00am Monday–Thursday.
• Make rate per operation while meeting safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Lift 25–40 pounds as required during shifts.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Follow standard work instructions at all times.
• Overtime may be available.
