Positions Available: Full-Time, 2nd Shift Machine Operators. Helpful background includes general construction knowledge, experience with pneumatic staple & nail guns, tape measure use in US Standard and metric measurements. Teamwork, good communication, and attention to detail are essential. The role involves pulling parts from transfer carts after finishing and assembling them according to plans.

Wages: $19.00 / Hour ($17.00 Base Pay + $2.00 Attendance Incentive). After a 60-day training period, additional pay includes Certification Pay and Production Incentive Pay, which varies based on production targets and skills acquired. Production Incentive Pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 per regular hour, paid on overtime hours.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM.

Requirements:

• General construction experience with saws, machine operation, and pneumatic tools is helpful; on-the-job training available for willing learners.
