Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) in Gastonia, NC. The facility offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
