Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Logistics in Hebron, KY is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Coordinator to oversee the movement of trailers within the warehouse and shuttles to the sub-warehouse. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-channel feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and resolving workflow problems while maintaining strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior dispatch, route management and/or dispatching experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge in logistics and manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and effectively communicate within all levels of the organization.
• Must be highly organized, responsible, and dependable to problem solve and work in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the movement of trailers within the warehouse and shuttles to the sub-warehouse.
• Carrying Carter LOGISTEED’s logistics strategy and ensuring staffing and equipment are in place.
• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management.
• Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements.
• Identifying and resolving problems in the workflow process.
