Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Second Shift Customer Service Representative in Olive Branch, MS. You will handle orders, provide transit information, and liaise with customers, drivers, and carriers to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with order management, and communicating effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and provide product, service, and transit information to customers and act as liaison for issue resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
