Pratt Industries is seeking a Load Former (General Labor) for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

You will assist operators, stack boxes, monitor quality, and complete production reports in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and running corrugated box production equipment.
• Stack finished boxes according to specifications.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties.
