Kelly Services is seeking a Litho Press Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Exton, PA. You will support the Press Operator II-Lead with daily tasks, prepare materials, monitor ink levels, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and able to follow safety and quality standards.
• Able to work collaboratively and keep production lines running smoothly.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and using protective gear.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate with the team.
• Willing to work 2nd shift and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate the feeder on a printing press and assist the Press Operator II-Lead with daily tasks.
• Prepare the press with required materials, inks, solvents, and ensure equipment is maintained and used safely.
• Keep the press and work area clean following 5S practices.
• Monitor and inspect orders for defects and notify the press operator as needed.
• Monitor fountain solution and ink levels to ensure consistent production quality.
• Clean the press thoroughly and use proper protective equipment.
• Assist with weekly and monthly maintenance, including lubrication and roller maintenance, and UV system upkeep.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to all quality, safety, security, and audit compliance rules.
