Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing batch-making, compounding, or production environment preferred.
• Able to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy.
• Comfortable with weights, measurements, and barcode scanning.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedule and prioritize tasks.
• Select tanks and batch sizes for manufacturing.
• Retrieve and weigh raw materials per formulas.
• Scan materials with barcode system for lot number and quantity accuracy.
• Stage and add raw materials to tanks per instructions.
• Fill and pack orders with precise weight and labeling.
• Complete production documents and collect samples.
• Perform system transactions and inventory cycle counts.
• Report deviations to Plant Manager.
• Maintain GMP, safety guidelines, and procedures.
