Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc is seeking a Packing Operator I for the 2nd shift in Wauconda, Illinois. You will package flavors (powders, liquids, emulsions) and work with Batch Compounders to ensure safety, accuracy and quality. Read tickets, fill correct packaging, and label finished products.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift safety, and strict adherence to procedures. Onsite work with shift schedule 2pm–10:30pm, with overtime as needed and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read batch tickets and report quantities.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pack production batches and monitor equipment for safe operation.
• Record data accurately on forms and documents.
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning.
