Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Line Operator for the 2nd shift at the Bronx, NY facility. The role is a union position with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour and hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include checking schedules, maintaining logs, ensuring proper component setup, and coordinating with QA for line releases while keeping the area clean and compliant with IPC forms.

Qualifications

• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Check schedule for assigned shop orders and ensure line readiness.
• Instruct Inventory Control on pallet placement and maintain control logs.
• Update IPC forms and logbooks with production data and line activity.
• Verify components against packaging cards and QA prerequisites.
• Assist with supplies, equipment setup, and line cleanliness to prevent spills.
• Notify QA and supervisor of line status and any issues during runs.
