Job summary

Perrigo is hiring for a Set-Up Line Tech on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) at our Bronx/New York area operations. The role leads line changes, performs equipment setup, and ensures compliant manufacturing with cGMPs.

Strong English literacy and ability to work with minimal supervision are required. Responsibilities include equipment changeovers, line guidance for operators, basic packaging equipment knowledge, and coordinating with Master Mechanic, Supervisor, and QA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English and fill out paper work.
• Demonstrated cooperative work conduct and the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain a Line by performing equipment change-over technical services and supportive Line duties following SOPs and cGMPs.
• Carry out product, size, and machine tooling changes to accommodate components and adjust machinery to ensure efficient operation.
• Inform supervisors of potential equipment issues, disassemble/assemble filling/packaging equipment as necessary.
• Set Lot/Batch numbers and expiration date based on customer order.
• Document activities in Area/Equipment Log Book and In-process Control Form.
