Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Line Operator for our Bronx, New York facility. This union position offers a 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Monday–Friday) with starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

You will join a team dedicated to efficient production and quality controls in a pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include preparing line equipment, managing materials, recording IPC and logbook entries, and ensuring proper component setup and FIFO readiness.

Formación

• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-employment background checks may be required due to the regulated pharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Check schedule for assigned shop orders and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Sign Inventory Control logbooks and direct placement of pallets.
• Update the dry-erase board with current shop order information and notify QA for validation.
• Verify components against packaging cards and FIFO readiness.
• Count and record units produced, including damages, and document in IPC forms.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper storage of documents and inserts.
