Job summary

DAP is seeking a Machine Operator for our Baltimore Plant to support packaging and filling lines, monitor production, and ensure quality checks are performed. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and strict PPE usage.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, good communication, and the ability to follow safety rules. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to climb steps/ladders.
• Must wear PPE at all times on shift.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates packaging and filling lines, monitors operation, packs finished product and assists in line changeovers.
• Maintains accurate inventory reporting and minimizes waste.
• Uses RF scanner and SAP system for data capture.
• Records downtime and issues in production logs.
• Completes paperwork accurately and maintains clean work area.
