Job Description

Under the direction of the Latex Department Crew leader, responsibilities include preparing the automated filling line, loading materials, ensuring product quality, operating equipment, and entering production data.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispense products accurately and on time according to schedule.
• Verify packaging materials and conduct pre-packaging checks.
• Maintain and clean equipment and lines.
• Document production activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Current forklift certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.

Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and practical skills.
• Clear communication in English.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Physical Conditions & Working Conditions

• Physically demanding, including lifting over 50 pounds.
• Routine bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and hazardous materials.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $18.00 - $20.71 + $0.75 shift differential.
