Job summary

IFA North America LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high‑volume manufacturing team in a dynamic facility in Summerville, SC. The role focuses on safety, quality, cost, and on‑time delivery through lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement.

You will train and coach associates, manage production schedules, and drive root-cause problem solving across shifts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
Experience with SAP R/3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops production/manpower plan based on forecasts and lean practices.
Maintains safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals through coaching and training.
Leads continuous improvement activities (5S, poka-yoke, visual management).
Conducts performance reviews and coaches staff to improve results.
Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Interfaces with customers, engineers, and management to meet objectives.
