Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Clayton, Indiana is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m.). Pay is $21.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential.

This working‑lead role oversees workflow, trains associates, monitors production, and ensures high safety and quality standards in the warehouse. Experience operating a stand‑up order picker and reach truck is preferred; forklift training within 30 days is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a progressive supply chain role leading teams.
• Experience training associates and providing feedback.
• 6 months operating stand-up equipment (order picker/reach truck) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage workflow for team members across Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, and Order Selecting.
• Act as working lead and initial contact for associates; train, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
