Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Associate Equipment Operator, Production Coder for a 2nd shift, onsite role in Bohemia, NY. You will operate and maintain variable print equipment for clinical label production, following client proofs and CLPS-driven workflows to meet specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing or related fields; cGMP experience is a plus. The role offers competitive hourly pay and potential FTE conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/operations/production experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain variable print equipment used for clinical label production.
• Set up production runs and transfer labels using CLPS per SOPs/WIs.
• Monitor production for accuracy and cGMP compliance, safely and efficiently.
• Work independently or with teammates to meet client specifications.
• Maintain equipment per procedures and perform daily cleaning.
