Lassonde Pappas & Co. in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Label Operator I for 2nd shift to operate and adjust labelers on a fast-paced production line. You will ensure accurate labeling, monitor quality, and support changeovers with attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to read operating procedures and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a production label machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Use labeling equipment to select, position, and secure machines for different bottle sizes.
• Control and adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Understand and properly operate all machine controls.
• Follow safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
