ICON plc is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Label Print Technician for the 2nd shift to support clinical packaging, labeling, and printing in a GMP environment. You will handle label production, equipment setup, documentation, and inventory control as part of a cross-functional clinical supplies team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of trial materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 0–3 years with degree or 3+ years without degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical packaging and labeling operations per GMP.
• Stage materials, equipment, and rooms for production activities.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment.
• Print, inspect, and reconcile clinical product labels.
• Maintain label inventory and material control during production.
• Document packaging and labeling in compliance with GMP/GDP.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and verify calibration.
• Report quality events, deviations, or non-compliance.
