Job summary

Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician for the 2nd shift in Branchburg, NJ. This onsite contract role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, supporting central weigh operations and batch record documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing or warehouse ops, strong problem solving and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP; cGMP, cGDP and OSHA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of SAP, warehouse operations, and inventory control is desirable.
• Laboratory operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to SOPs and batch records.
• Document methods, materials, and results accurately in batch records.
• Process inventory transactions in SAP, including movements and IORs.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate workload priorities with production schedules and SAP requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Maintain compliant, safe work environments following cGMP, cGDP, OSHA.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
