Job summary

Bruker OST is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift in Carteret, NJ. You will perform testing on in-process and final product samples using standard laboratory methods, ensuring results meet product and customer standards.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' related experience, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent
• Safety-first attitude and rule-following
• ASQ QC certificate preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills
• Willingness to handle electrical components, cryogenic liquids, and chemicals

Responsibilities

• Support QA Engineers/Manager in establishing and improving testing systems
• Test in-process and final samples; compare results to standards
• Create QA certificates for customers
• Provide internal/external customer support
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and drive corrective actions
• Maintain lab conditions, calibration validity, and 7S housekeeping
