Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a high‑volume stamping press team in Ripon, WI, with a safety‑first mindset and focus on continuous improvement. You will coach operators, manage attendance, enforce policies, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will actively participate in 5S/Kaizen initiatives, analyze downtime and scrap, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture; enforce safety policies and conduct audits.
• Provide servant leadership; coach and empower operators and technicians.
• Develop team members; monitor attendance and enforce policies.
• Oversee stamping press department production targets and on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement projects; analyze downtime and scrap with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records; report KPIs to management.
