Job Requirements

• This is a full-time role in our production department emphasizing teamwork in batch manufacturing. Regular attendance is essential for success and safety.
• Paid lunch break; leave during this time is not permitted.
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs, scheduled at least one week in advance, with no more than 4 hours before or after your shift.
• Verify TA item codes and record lot numbers before charging the blender.
• Clean and inspect the blender to prepare for the next batch.
• Charge all hand adds to the blender as per the batch card.
• Report deviations from procedures and document them.
• Coordinate blender production with other operational areas.
• Follow all safety rules, maintain good housekeeping, and wear PPE.
• Meet or exceed performance indicators and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Reporting

Reports to the Production Supervisor.
