Job summary

Shield Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift IT Support Technician II for onsite work in Valencia, CA. You will be the first line of defense for end-user IT issues, providing Tier 1 and 2 support across hardware, software, and access systems.

Requires 4+ years of Help Desk experience in a Windows environment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced setting. Onsite role with no remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Help Desk experience in Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office 365, Exchange and networking basics.
• Excellent communication and white-glove customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and 2 end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and asset collection.
• Investigate and document complex technical issues escalated by Level 1 support.
• Maintain systems, perform updates, patches, and software installs.
• Manage user accounts and access rights across systems.
• Document requests and resolutions using the ticketing system; ensure timely closure.
