• Lead daily IPM/PM production execution through Team Leads and Operators.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost; implement recovery actions.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and Operators; enforce standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional response to abnormalities with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials.
• Ensure shift documentation is complete and maintained.
