Job summary

ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician II to keep our manufacturing equipment reliable on the new IPM Department 3rd Shift.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and maximize production quality. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience, and knowledge of AC/DC voltages, with basic Windows, Excel, and Glovia familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of work-related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets is required.
• Knowledge of both AC and DC voltages is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on machines per schedules.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensors.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and troubleshoot.
• Calibrate and align machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ISO 14001 standards.
