Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an Order Filler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to label and count incoming materials and store them properly, while coordinating with other departments to ensure timely deliveries. You will prepare accurate outbound orders, consolidate inventory, perform weekly inventory, and use a scanner to verify orders.

You may operate material handling equipment following safety rules, and you will follow Daifuku's QMS policies to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with inventory/shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and counting materials received from other departments and puts away in the correct area safely and on time.
• Preparing accurate orders for outbound shipments.
• Consolidating inventory.
• Conducting weekly inventory - down stocking, refreshing labels as needed.
• Uses a scanner to verify and track orders.
• May be required to use material handling equipment, following all safety rules.
• Employees are responsible to comply with Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
