Daifuku North America is hiring a Shipping Production Clerk for the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. This full-time role supports the Shipping department with clerical tasks, data entry, filing, and record-keeping in a manufacturing setting.

Qualified candidates excel in Microsoft Excel, possess strong organizational skills, and can work independently while meeting deadlines. This position emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and adherence to Daifuku's quality systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Providing clerical support for a manufacturing department, including filing, creating documents, data entry, and answering telephone calls
• Organizing and maintaining safety and training records
• Maintaining time sheets
• Preparing departmental correspondence
• Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
