Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is hiring a Shipping Production Clerk for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). The role provides clerical support to the Shipping department, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous clerical support or administrative experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to multi‑task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Team orientation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Providing clerical support for a manufacturing department, including filing, creating documents, data entry, and answering telephone calls
• Organizing and maintaining safety and training records
• Maintaining time sheets
• Preparing departmental correspondence
• Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
