Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Control Point Coordinator for the Mount Comfort/Greenfield, IN area on a 2nd shift. The role focuses on coordinating material movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform cycle counts, operate forklifts when required, and input data in ERP systems to ensure smooth production flow. This position requires attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in material/inventory control or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming/outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following safety training and requirements.
• Perform ERP transactions to track inventory and production flow.
• Package, crate, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
• Identify and report quality concerns, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
