Job summary

ChampionX in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ERP data entry. You will coordinate parts staging and orders with local machine shops to ensure critical inventory is available for assembly operations.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc.) 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Attention to detail.
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/Receiving function for incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Inventory management for individual parts and finished goods inventory.
• Inventory transactions in ERP System
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Staging of parts for the assembly operation.
• Management and coordination of orders to local machine shops for critical inventory needs.
• Material transfers, both physically and in the system.
• Arrangements for outgoing shipments to the field operations teams.
