Job summary

ChampionX in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Inventory Controller for the 2nd shift to oversee shipping/receiving, inventory management, ERP transactions and cycle counts. The role requires forklift ability, attention to detail and strong communication, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving function for incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Inventory management for individual parts and finished goods inventory.
• Inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Staging of parts for the assembly operation.
• Management and coordination of orders to local machine shops for critical inventory needs.
• Material transfers, both physically and in the system.
• Arrangements for outgoing shipments to the field operations teams.
