Job summary

NOW Foods in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I on the 2nd shift to help maintain inventory accuracy for finished goods, bulk, and packaging materials. You will perform daily cycle counts with RF scanners, operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), and enter data in Oracle to support supply chain integrity.

Key duties include investigating discrepancies, correcting variances, supporting batch audits, and assisting with material handling to optimize space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one-year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data entry skills.
• Experience with Oracle and RF scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs daily cycle counts using RF scanners while operating PIT.
• Investigates and reconciles inventory cycle count reports; corrects discrepancies.
• Maintains computer perpetual inventory records and identifies variances for correction.
• Prepares and participates in annual cycle count audits.
• Organizes and consolidates stock to optimize space and efficiency.
